Who Operates Chase
Chase is operated by Chase Software. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Chase, including when you sign in with Google or connect your Google account.
Business address: No business address.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account details, preferences, team details, lead records, appointments, follow-ups, notes, uploaded files, and other content you choose to create, upload, import, or manage through Chase.
We may also collect information generated through your use of Chase, such as account status, authentication activity, feature usage, timestamps, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Google OAuth Data Accessed
When you sign in with Google, Chase uses Google OAuth to authenticate your account and may receive Google identity information such as your Google account ID, email address, email verification status, given name, family name, and full name.
When you connect Google Calendar, Chase requests access needed to create, update, delete, and inspect availability for calendar events used by Chase features. Current Google Calendar OAuth scopes used by Chase are listed below.

Why Chase Uses Google User Data
Chase uses Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features within the app.
We use Google identity data to authenticate users, create or connect Chase accounts, and display account identity information where needed.
We use Google Calendar data to support user-facing calendar functionality, such as checking availability and creating, updating, or deleting calendar events related to appointments and follow-ups managed in Chase.
Chase does not use Google user data for advertising.
How We Store And Protect Data
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
User data may be stored using providers such as Railway.
Chase stores Google OAuth account and token information only as needed to provide connected account functionality. Chase may also store non-secret Google metadata, such as connected account email, granted scopes, provider event IDs, calendar IDs, event links, sync status, and timestamps, where needed to operate calendar features.
Data Sharing And Third Parties
Chase does not sell Google user data.
Chase does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve app functionality, to comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Chase, such as hosting, database, storage, analytics, error monitoring, email, or infrastructure providers. These providers are only permitted to process information as needed to provide services to Chase.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Chase, our users, or others.
Data Retention And Deletion
We retain user information only for as long as necessary to provide Chase, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.
Data retention period: 1 year after deletion of account.
You may request deletion of your account or associated data by contacting us at support@chasecrm.app. Some information may be retained where required by law, for legitimate security needs, or for backup and operational continuity until deletion is completed through normal retention processes.
User Rights And Choices
You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit your ability to use some Chase features.
You may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
You may disconnect Google Calendar access in Chase where that feature is available. Disconnecting may prevent Chase from providing features that depend on Google Calendar access.
Revoking Google Access
You can revoke Chase's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page:
After access is revoked, Chase may no longer be able to provide features that depend on Google account access.
Children's Privacy
Chase is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
